At On Eagle Wings Mountain Retreat and Spa Gold Coast, we ask you to observe spa etiquette to ensure a relaxing experience. By following the pointers outlined, we are best placed to provide you with a fulfilling experience.
Bookings
We invite you to make a booking. Contact us on: (07) 55591850 or 1300 954 197
We recommend making a booking one week or more in advance to accommodate you, however we may have last minute places available. To secure your booking, we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking over the phone with your preferred credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard) or a gift voucher number to the equivalent value. If you are arranging a spa day for a group, one bill also applies, so please arrange your deposits prior to making a booking.
Sundays: please note a 15% surcharge applies for bookings
Payments
We welcome payments by cash or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Card.
Please also be aware that we provide one bill per group (4 or more). Groups – full payment of your balance is due 2 days prior to your booking over the phone… So, it’s advisable to discuss your payment arrangements with your group before your spa day.
On Eagle Wings has the right to change services, including prices without any notice.
Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased:
- Online on our website – emailed to you automatically straight away, the easiest way
- Over the phone – sent via email within 24hrs or Australia Post
- By appointment – please call 55591850 to arrange pick up of your voucher (Wed-Sat)
Our beautiful gift vouchers are the same design via email or post, making it easy for you to print & add your personal card or forward the voucher on to the recipient. Vouchers are encouraged to be booked within the first 18months so they are not misplaced, however, can be booked past this date by giving us a call. Please note vouchers are not personalised to allow change for the recipient if necessary and are ‘values’ only to allow the recipient to choose any current service at the time of booking, as pricing/packages/services change over time.
Cancellation/ Postponing
We understand that, sometimes, life can make it difficult to clear time for a retreat. However, please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of your booking to avoid the loss of your full deposit or your gift voucher value. Cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full.
For cancellations of group bookings or individuals within a group booking of 4 or more, please inform us a minimum of seven days prior to your booking to avoid loss of your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, the full cost of your treatment or package will be billed to you.
Amendments
If you would like to amend your booking to a lesser value, please provide 48 hours’ notice. If you wish to upgrade your booking, note that this depends on availability. To avoid disappointment, let us know of your changed plans as soon as possible.
Complimentary Services
We welcome you to On Eagle Wings Mountain Retreat and Spa Gold Coast with your own comfortable robe and slip-on white slippers. Soft towels are provided during your time here. Appropriate Swimwear must be worn in all our Spa Facilities areas, so please bring this with you. When you arrive, you’ll enjoy a welcome tray while you take in the beautiful coastal and valley views.
